Taya Derycke - Pipestone

The floors were covered in animal fur, and it seemed like they hadn't been vacuumed in days. Quite unappealing.

Taya and her team are incredible! The service and food are exceptional! I hosted my son's birthday party there for the past two years, and both experiences were wonderful! I highly recommend Bole-Mor Lanes to everyone.

I was quite disappointed to learn that the owner was uncooperative with Max, the front office manager at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Arcade, when he reached out to address some phone issues. Max requested to speak with a manager, but the owner insisted that she was both the manager and supervisor. Unfortunately, it's hard to believe that one person can effectively fulfill all those roles; it's simply too much for one person to handle. For some reason, she refused to explain the situation to Max, which gave the impression that she might be hiding something. Aside from this unfortunate experience, I have nothing but positive things to say about the restaurant.

1st time here, what a nice facility, it's clean and well kept up. The staff is great and friendly. The place is fun to go to and well worth the 45 mile trip to go bowling at.

Great family fun and very helpful and respectful staff. Their food is amazing also!!
