In the center of Trikala and at the end of the grocery store area, there is the Gustoza store on the corner. Upon entering the store, it takes you back some years where you would definitely like an air of renewal. But the wood oven inside gives you a feeling that something good exists. The staff is very good, polite and helpful, even the cook is attentive if someone wants something. At the beginning they serve a bread from the pizza dough, very fresh, crispy and tasty. I can't say that the pasta we got was anything to watch out for, it was overcooked and the sauces were indifferent. I think the carbonara should not be served (my opinion of course). The calzone with very nice dough, very rich filling and quality ingredients, but something was missing to give it value. They put vinegar in the horiatiki, which is a bit strange as a taste, especially for children. Maybe our choices were wrong because the dough really looks great and the pizza with merenda to finish it looked great but we didn't try it because we were disappointed. I believe that the restaurant has a big asset which is its dough and it should do something to highlight it, otherwise its dishes will have to become very little available. The choice is yours!
