Kfc - Pittsburgh

Drive through was backed up for 20 minutes. Couldn't order through speaker. Had to order where you normally JUST pay. Don't blame 2 girls working. Blame management for only scheduling 2 people.

Horrible KFC can't recommend this place two separate orders two different days two wrong orders the drive through cashier was more interested in socializing with the staff then serving the customer. Acting as if my order was a Hassel then plugged in the wrong items. If you can't get proper customer focused staff then just shut down because food service isn't rocket science

A black guy who worked in the kitchen fingered me. when I was on food and didn't make anything wrong! absolutely disgusting.

No matter what type of huh they buy it could be the crispy or original huh. that huh could sometimes be too salty. I wish they had the old traditional dinners. all KFC restaurants are identical to the amount of salt on their hull. very rarely I will find the hunch with a burned taste. food: 3/5

Good fried chicken and mash potatoes but they need to bring back the spicy chicken and then I will give 5 stars.
