Hotbox Pizza - Plainfield

The Hot Box Pizza at Perry Crossing (Plainfield Outdoor Mall) is fantastic! The pizza is served hot and fresh, and their breadsticks are incredible. The staff is great, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

The customer service was exceptional—truly wonderful. To top it all off, the food was flawless. Typically, I don't expect custom orders to come out perfectly, but they executed mine exactly as I asked. I highly recommend this place—10/10!

The owner is genuinely passionate about his restaurant. I experienced a billing issue, and although the manager couldn't resolve it, the owner stepped in to fix the problem. However, I'm still a bit concerned about the parking situation for picking up orders quickly.

Had a blast eating here. The food was not only some of the best pizza I've ever had, but the staff and service were out of this world. We ordered two of their specialty pizzas which were the ballsagna and the party fowl. Both were incredibly good pizzas. We came in to pick up our order and decided to get their special edition cups and the employee only charged us for 1 of the 2 of them. When we got back to the hotel, we noticed they also threw in an entire extra order of bread sticks on the house. The restaurant itself was cozy and felt like a small hometown pizza joint, not some large pizza chain. It's such a great place and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Brandon was amazing! A week ago, I stopped by for a snack while running errands at the mall. The service was outstanding. He was incredibly friendly and patient with us since we had never tried Hotbox Pizza before. The food and service were so impressive that we decided to order again within the week! Brandon even remembered my name, which I truly appreciated. I will definitely be returning to this place again in the future!
