Never had a problem with food from buffalo staff are lovely and polite highly recommended

I used to love ordering from buffalo but after tonight never again ordered on just eat when it came price was different chips on all 4 meals were burnt and scrappy and the wraps were that small my 9 yr old was still hungry us think they'd maintain a good standard when there's so many new take always are opening in the same village I will deffenatly be going somewhere else in the future

Got a kebab delivered on a Saturday night, and the next day both me and my partner had an upset stomach, a few weeks later called in to order food and left without ordering anything due to the filthy state of the shop.

I haven't ordered from here in a long time because of the poor hygiene standards at the shop. Once bitten, twice shy.

I had a disappointing experience with this restaurant. A young woman on the phone had a really poor attitude. I ordered two kebabs and nacho cheese, but it took over an hour for my food to arrive. I called twice: the first time, a young guy said it would be ready in 10 minutes, and the second time, he mentioned it was in the car for delivery. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I was frustrated with the lack of customer service. When my order finally arrived, the food was cold. I asked for a free drink to make up for the delay, but they told me that they recommend allowing an hour and a half for delivery. For just two kebabs and nacho cheese, that’s ridiculous! I won’t be ordering from here again.
