Tim Hortons - Port Elgin

It won't all me to rate an individual Tim Horton's. They are NOT all the same....

I want to give a special thank you to the staff at this restaurant and to the customers who were kind enough to return my purse, which I accidentally left in the restroom. Their honesty truly restored my faith in humanity as an 81-year-old woman. Thank you so much!

The staff at this restaurant are friendly, although some are still in training. Some customers may overlook this, but overall they work hard and I am usually satisfied with my coffee. They offer vegetarian options, which are marked with a special symbol. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with staff being very welcoming towards children. As for wheelchair accessibility, both doors have buttons to open them, there is a large foyer area, and ramps leading to each entrance, making it easy for wheelchair users to enter without any steps.

They do not offer dine-in service after 3pm, which can be very inconvenient. If you don't have a vehicle, you won't be able to get anything after 3pm. Other Tim Hortons locations stay open in the evenings for dine-in service, but it seems that this particular one does not want to.
