If you choose extra toppings and then get none at all, that is an issue. I can’t ask for a refund because I ordered through their subway app. Of course they’ll replace it if I go up there but that kind of defeats the purpose of paying fees and cost for a delivery ordered. I don’t know why I bother with this place, it’s always wrong. I have pictures of these lame “sandwiches”
Asking for tips at a Subway? I try to be generous, but the owner of this restaurant should pay wages, not me. 1 star.
I tried to take advantage of the buy one footlong get one free but this particular restaurant's online ordering system was offline. I spoke with the manager and she said there was nothing she could do. She knew her system was offline and she refused to honor the promotion. She said I needed to go to another Subway.
