Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe place was almost empty and it was a good thing because it only worked two waitresses! our waitress was not planned to work, but came as fallen for a friend (the other waitress). they have done a great job because they had to take the orders of the customer who had to collect tables and check the customers! we had a similar experience at the applebee in asheville. the difference was that eating here was good, not so much in asheville. to the pleasant ladies who took care of us on Saturday. great job!
I am a sick disabled veteran and on this veteran day I was treated with such quality! thank you, ladys! I didn't get their names. but one had a red hemd and beautiful nails, and the other had a headband on and helped me in the bar.
I wish I could give a zero. my man and I went on a Saturday in a few days. it was after our movie moderately busy. we sat on the bar, so we didn't have to wait. the bar was dirty and it took forever for us to be addressed. the bartender never addressed us. he barely wiped our side against the bar, so my friend asked about the towel and she cleaned it. 6 min pass and no gruß. the bartender was to flirt with the young ladies next to us. we're up and down, I understand they were shorthanded, but a good customer service goes far. I will never return to this place again. so sad.
We keep trying to give Applebee's the benefit of the doubt but it just gets worse at every visit. We waited for about 30 mins to be seated which we understood since it looked like they are short staffed so once seated, I ordered the Blue Hawaiian Long Island Ice Tea however I got the Shark Bowl, when I told the server that it was the wrong drink she said it was the drink I ordered, so I went on to ask for the Top Shelf Long Island Iced tea, this time a different person brought my drink which was now the Blue Hawaiian Long Island Iced tea and she even said the first one was wrong. It really seems like no one likes their jobs and prefer to be somewhere else. The service is awful. SN: A customer behind me complained that there was hair in their food. Sooo I think I have given this Applebee's my last dollar. We never received napkins and only plastic spoons. And I had to wave someone down just to get my bill.
The hostess and wait staff were both very helpful and accommodating to us. I have mobility issues and the hostess sat us at a table near the door and parking lot so that I didn't have to walk far.Our waitress was friendly, quick and offered suggestions for our meal and dessert.Although the restaurant wasn't as crowded as it was during pre-pandemic times, it showed for us to enjoy our food without feeling rushed and we were able to talk and catch up on things that had happened since our last get together. ?
