Nooks Place - Randwick

Really good coffee, really good eating, light resistance problem on the coffee front, which put me at another place for a few months (the first was obviously a bad day.) some small dings on the way to five stars (the practical perfection) all their tables have planner on them, use them, why let them have their customers with a rocky table when they have extra spent to have this table that does not need the butterpacks come out of stone solid, they try to take them out of the refrigerator earlier when the order is too late.

Thanks to the tip of rob and anita I found this little caffe in randwick. they have lived here for 11 years and didn't even know about it! open early and cyclists here after their morning drive. the breakfast menu has blats, granola, omelette and maisfritter. I have just got to drink on a healthy brekkie of fried eggs and spinat with a side of toast and also mine; a chai latte. when they are here for lunch, there are many sandwich options, burger and a few salads. the personal was nice and the lookout for the caffe is nice on a beautiful day.

The caffe is located on the corner of a suburban street in randwick and offers an intimate interior. greedy morning tea from a cappuccino, chai lattes, and beef and roasted sky bread. good service and quite expensive.

I have been a regular customer of Nooks for several years but as of late I have become quite disappointed by the quality of the food. My last visit to Nook’s was Tuesday 19th January, I noticed the guy who usually makes the coffee was the chef for the day. I ordered the corn fritters and they were extremely disappointing, overcooked, dry but to my surprise there was no “corn” in the fritters Nooks has always been a favourite place of mine due there coffee and usually good food.

Breakfast Bruschetta WOWEE... I have been to this place many a time for lunch but never had anything from the breakfast menu. Have you ever eaten chips that are a bit stale and the texture is all chewy and no crunch at all. Need I say more, not in a rush. 1.5 stale, sour cream and chives chippies
