Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI called and asked for sesame chicken with pork fried rice. I then said do you have pork fried rice? The woman on the other end of the phone said “no”. I then asked “Do do you have fried rice?” She woman answered “yes”. I ordered my sesame chicken and fried rice. I got home let and the nanny go home and opened my food only to find “white” rice. My children are already asleep, so I am stuck at home. I called And the woman answered and told me I could come get the fried rice. Explained I am unable to leave my house and asked if they could bring it to me and she said no she will credit me for fried rice. I explained I do not eat white rice and I do not eat sesame chicken without fried rice in every bite. I explained I’m not going to eat this food and it’s going in the trash as I leave tomorrow to go out of state. I asked her to credit me the sesame chicken and fried rice or have someone bring me fried rice. She told me I am only going to be credited for fried rice. I asked to talk to a manager and she said the manager will be gone for a week and a half and that she is the only person I can talk to. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a extremely long time. I will never go back. This review is going on every single site I can possibly imagine. I strongly urge you to stay away from this place! They are also way over priced.
