Have now been on Moment twice and I look forward to my next visit. It is a great experience every time. The food is amazingly tasty, colorful and exciting. It is a big plus that there is the opportunity to combine wine and juice menu, so you don’t have to choose one of the parts. In the whole, the choice of wine/ juice to the food soups are successful and well balanced. Great kombucha! The restaurant is cozy and with a comfortable acoustics. The server is personal and welcoming. It is a lot of money to get for a single evening, but there is good relationship between price and quality. Great experience! Although it is a fancy restaurant, they focus on using the techniques they use in the restaurant at home, so you can make your own cooking more green and sustainable after you have visited the restaurant, it seems amazing. The service and their drink menu were also amazing.

Incrediblely located with views of the beautiful utility garden that works as a pantry. Good service and not least exciting and delicious food.
