I had a terrible experience at this restaurant when my dog and I were almost hit by a reckless driver. I was hit by the mirror while trying to protect my dog. The manager was extremely rude to us when we asked for a refund because the driver refused to give us a receipt. There were arguments between myself and the manager due to her disrespectful behavior. A larger employee was also rude to us from the moment we entered, even pushing me twice. The manager called the police and falsely accused me of trespassing. I was arrested and now have to go to court this week. They lied to the police and charged me with assaulting a 6-foot, 300-pound man and trespassing. I am only 5 feet tall and 100 pounds, and I was simply defending myself. I hope that others who have had a similar experience will speak up. I demand that the employees involved be fired and that I receive an apology. Thank you.

The driver was rude and advised against delivering to apartments. They couldn't find parking while waiting in their car outside the building. I called the office to speak about the issue as I had trouble understanding the driver, who was unhelpful. It seems they were only interested in making money and didn't care about providing proper service. I would not recommend using this restaurant for delivery as they lack care and assistance when delivering food.

In a nutshell..horrible food, horrible manager and disgusting customer relations. They just want your money and won't give it back at any cost.

I placed an order at 6:30 but when I called at 7:30, I found out that the order had been returned because it was cold. The order was finally delivered at 8:30, missing a bottle of coke. One pizza still had unmelted cheese on top and I had to reheat it in the oven. I am still waiting for the missing bottle of coke. It was a total disaster!!! I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. It was a waste of a Friday night and forty pounds for all the trouble.
