Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónJust ordered here through drive through. I ordered 2 7 layer veggie burritos but instead I got 2 7 layer nacho fries. Went in to ask for the right order and they gave me attitude and the manager yelled at the coworkers calling them names. Very toxicsounding workplace. Not only did they give me attitude but they just packed the 7 layer fries into tortillas and called it that.There were no veggies in the burrito and it was mostly nacho fries. Like who does that? I ordered this because I wanted what Iordered. I can?t believe I paid money for a fry filled burrito instead of the healthier veggie burrito I asked for.
The gal that served me and a few others is top notch. She helped everyone who came to the counter. Being from out of state, I have seen Taco Bells that make you turn and leave. This place was a very clean restaurant.
The tacos I ordered, all 3 were barely 1/2 full, including the lettuce. The grilled cheese burrito had almost 1/2 of the entire cheese portion within about 3 bites. I don't want to assume the difficulty of making the food, but even for taco bell itwas pretty sad. The same low cost is what kept it from a 2 star.
The staff just likes to stand around and take their sweet time they give attitude when u need something. Its just horrible customer service all together, need to fire everyone and get new employees ASAP.
I only use the drive-thru. I have never been inside. Sometimes the drive thru is slower than typical taco bell locations IMO. super slow around the noon lunch hour. because of this notable slowness I downgraded to 4 stars. otherwise so far they havealways gotten my order correct and I can tell they my food was made to order.
