Armazem - Sagres

O melhor restaurante de sagres, comida muito boa , peixe fresco, carne de boa qualidade ,staff 5 estrelas. O restaurante e muito bonito, o arquiteto esta de parabéns.

Numa altura do ano onde é um caos arranjar um local para jantar sem marcação...surge uma boa opção... Uma churrascaria no centro de tudo (em _ Sagres)... O melhor, a simpatia do pessoal!! Excelentes funcionários!! Comida boa!! Recomendo...

O espaço é extremamente agradável e bem localizado, no entanto, o staff estragou por completo a nossa experiência. Estava um barulho ensurdecedor dentro do restaurante ao ponto de não conseguir comunicar com as pessoas que se encontravam a jantar comigo. Pedimos, com gentileza, aos clientes que se encontravam a cantar aos gritos em pé e em cima das cadeiras se poderiam, por favor, fazer menos barulho e obviamente que fomos insultados. Como não resultou pedimos para falar com o gerente e explicamos a situação ao que nos respondeu "quando os senhores chegaram eles já cá estavam, não vou pedir para se calarem" não lamentando sequer a situação dado que todos os outros clientes estavam visivelmente incomodados com esta situação. Temos a perfeita noção que os clientes que não souberam respeitar o espaço dos outros não pudessem ser expulsos do restaurante, nem essa era a nossa intenção, mas, como gerentes do restaurante deveriam, pelo menos, lamentar a situação e informar que iriam tentar resolver a mesma.

It looked like there were Chef's working so I guess they were expecting to be busy but at the time we went there were other people in the restaurant so there were plenty of Chef's to try and get our meal right......sadly that did not happen! Service was prompt (sometimes a bit too prompt) and polite and no complaints on that front. The wine was good local Vila Alvor Tinto good value and nice. The fries were good as were the Olives and that's about all the good... we had the Sardine Pate which is probably an acquired taste and whilst we ate it ... we would not order it again. Then it really went downhill the Mixed Salad was a real disappointment having been in Sagres for a week we were used to getting really nice salads .. sadly not here. We had Ribs and Steak that was apparently from South America perhaps the animal had walked because the meat was tough and very poor and worst of all it was just luke warm and cold within a couple of minutes. I ordered Medium but it was very rare and OK this could be a cultural difference but it was really poor. And the ribs were tough very little meat on them and basically only tasted of salt... and were luke warm as well. The restaurant was cold (this was early March) and by the time we left we could hardly feel our hands. All in all a very poor attempt at what should have been a good meal. I hope they are better at fish than meat unfortunately as we had eaten fish all week we opted for meat. Finally the toilets they need to spend some serious money and bring these up to date. If their toilets were like that I wonder what the restaurant is like behind the scenes. This alone would stop me going back even if the food were up to scratch. We'll not be back I'm afraid.

We chose this place because of the menu however the service is TERRIBLE. Seated at ordered our full dinner (most of the items on the menu were sold out) and wine arrived at appetizers at and dinner at Many around us...were frustrated and complaining however staff were shrugging it off saying they were busy. This place is not worth the frustration.
