When the drinks arrived my glass was cracked and chipped at the rim. when it was pointed to the waitress, she ate absolutely nothing. I would have expected her to change the glass for an unbroken. if I had got my lip cut, it would be a much more serious problem. 3. my son ordered a chicken pasta court that he enjoyed. my was spaghetti and meatballs. I had to get the meatballs out and put them on the plate, as they were so hard as to be almost useless. I've eaten some pasta and sauce. when I politely mentioned it to the waitress, she said she was going to check with someone. 4. When she returned with the bill, I found that I paid the full price for my meal and drinks, while my son's meal was reduced 50%. I shouldn't have made my dissatisfaction known unsafe at the time, but stopped doing this to not embarrass my son.
Fast service, good pizza and always family friendly. spicy catfish! try the caesar salad, the pizza and a funny dessert.
We order weekly. we order 2 pizzas- 1 for me, 1 for man, always the same. tonight, my pizza wasn't what I had ordered when we came home. I was disappointed, but didn't want nabenby to go back while his pizza would...get cold. not sure what went wrong - the lady said loud when she wrote the order when I called, then confirmed it is with me at the end.
Fantastic! my children got the kitten and doggy pizza and it was so sweet! the nachos were really good!
This is an e mail that I have passed along to Pizza Delight in Grand Bay! Last evening I was having a friend over for dinner and thought I would quickly stop at your Pizza Delight in Grand Bay on my way home from work to...purchase a Ceasar salad (enough for two people). When the cashier brought my salad I was literally shocked at the tiny salad that I foolishly paid $9.19 for! Because it had already been prepared fresh for me, I really felt I should pay for it but after arriving home and seeing it again, I realized I should have left it behind, asked for a refund, and headed to Sobeys. When I checked with the cashier to make sure I was actually being charged $9.19 for this little salad, she said They put the price up when the GST was raised . Why would you do that when people already feel taken advantage of with the extra tax already being added to the item? I cannot in all honesty see how you can justify charging that much money for approximately 25 cents worth of Romaine Lettuce, a few 'simulated ' bacon bits and about 6 croutons. I am totally blown away at how much money your company must be making on this item alone. You can be sure I will never grace your doors again I 'm sending the attached pics out to friends and family to warn them and to include an advertisement indicating that you can buy a whole head of Romaine Lettuce for just 99 cents! (Enough to make 4 of your Ceasar Salads to which you would be making over $35). A fully prepared Ceasar salad, the same size, with dressing on the side, is available at Sobey 's for less than $3.00 but because I thought yours would be much better, I stopped to purchase one for a treat. There was nothing special about your salad and by the time supper was prepared, it was wilted and soggy (I don 't think the lettuce had been dried off and it watered down the sauce) and it was barely enough for two people! My guest was flabbergasted as well upon seeing the salad and said “That’s highway robbery”. I was embarrassed to admit I actually ‘paid’ for this. I feel compelled to write to you because I 'm tired of seeing people gouged and this experience has rubbed me the wrong way. It sure takes the cake in our already greedy society.
