The building, which is accessible for handicapped patrons through the back, is a charming old house from the mid-1800s. The menu features traditional French cuisine with some unique non-traditional options, catering to a range of dietary preferences including gluten-free, vegan, and keto. Over the years, I have seen a variety of patrons at the restaurant, from romantic couples to large groups, and even a few celebrities. The extensive wine selection and classic cocktails make for a perfect pairing with the delicious food. The desserts are a favorite of mine, and the atmosphere, attentive bilingual staff, and hospitable owner all add to the overall experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for a quick meal, a relaxing evening with loved ones, or a special occasion.
Went there the other day with family, the food was beyond delicious!!! I'd give it a 6star if I could! Servers were amazing too! Very classy and fancy! Very good for a date! The taste was phenomenal!
Le surcouf is one of those places you can walk into for the first time and immediately feel at home. The food is always amazing. And don't get me started on that wine list. The team is not only knowledgeable but also kind and often funny. Truly a neighborhood gem.
We ordered through door dash. We wanted fine dining without going out. The rack of lamb was perfect. Steak tartar was really good and the chicken with orange ginger was very good. Highly recommend.
Always a very good experience from the moment in which they have a warm, welcoming greeting to the charm of the dinning rooms to the friendly service and the well composed delicious meal options all too good worth!
