Next we had some of the fresh pulled mozzarella with toast. Nothing out of this world there but it was good. We followed that with the shrimp risotto. That was the best thing of the night, with the deviled eggs being a close second. It was wonderful. Next the main course came out. I had the Waygu meatballs and my wife got the Bolognese. The meatballs were good, but I personally felt they were a bit under seasoned, the sad part was they put the pasta in a bowl and just put the sauce on it like it was olive garden.. the sauce was pretty bland and so was the pasta. The Bolognese my wife got was much better though. I ended up eating more of her dinner than I did my own. Finally we moved on to dessert. I got the key lime pie, and she got panna cotta with strawberry on it.. We both took 2 bites of each of our desserts and that was it, they were not good, and we didnt bother having them box them up. Was the meal better than Olive Garden? Yes no question about that, but for what it cost everything should have been great. I doubt we will go back because better meals can be had for the 200 after tip we spent. I should mention that the service was exceptional.
