Coxinendi - SANLURI

Mycket väl förberedd och good mat och dinto wine. Great service person, only sniper och engagingrad! Platsen är mysig, the enda we missile was an untomhust area.

We had a cooking tasting menu, they are very tasteful dishes with local dishes. I tried the local sparkling wine and it is slightly sweet, matched with the dishes. We had disappointed the desserts, especially the soil dessert, the chocolate tasted like a powder and not a beautiful cocoa flavor, and the dessert combination was not consistent with the peach. Beautiful ambience and good deco from outside seats, friendly staff.

An unexpected and very welcome find, opposite the castle in Sanluri. The food was extremely good and the staff very knowledgeable. Would love to eat there again!

We got a tip from a friend and drove 20 km to Sanluri for the dinner. Every km worth of driving! We booked beforehand because we wanted to eat outside. Luckily we found a parking place only 100 m from the restaurant. Finding the restaurant can be a bit tricky because there are many oneway streets but the restaurant is only 50 m from the Sanluri Castello which is a good landmark. We decided for the degustation menu and wines by glass so that we good taste different wines as we went. A good choice! The antipastos were served on a long wooden tray in eating order and the waitress explained what we had. Great flavors! Same with wines. The only bug was that we needed to wait quite a while for our main course (a delicious skewer with tender quail meat) because a big group arrived just before. The delicious desert arrived in time. This is not the cheapest restaurant but the experience in the darkening evening was well worth.

We had a delightful dinner here last night. All dishes were prepared with fresh and local ingredients. An unexpected surprise and absolutely worth a detour!
