However, there were no greetings, no smiles, and the communication was quite rude. I would recommend the owner to train their front staff on customer service. The reviews of this place truly reflect the experience I had.
My order was incorrect three times and the staff member was very impolite. However, the food was fantastic.
The chicken at the restaurant was not fresh, but I chose not to complain because there were a lot of customers and I didn't want to tarnish their reputation. The next day, I called and they offered to give me a refund or exchange for a 2-3 piece chicken menu. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized the chicken was still not fresh. After calling them again, they advised me to check the food before leaving. They asked me to return to the restaurant so they could prepare it in front of me. Upon my return, they acknowledged the issue and kindly gave me a refund. The lesson here is to always double-check what you are buying and especially what you are eating.
Definitely one of the nicer restaurants.Asian lady who took my order was very kind. I think her name was MIMTU (apologies if wrong).Inside was clean spacious.Food was good and made to order so the wait was expected.You definitely return.
