Dunkin' - Schenectady

The service here is incredibly quick, and the customer service is outstanding! I've never been to a Dunkin' Donuts location that surpasses this one.

Great experience, all employees say “Hey It’s 7AM’sAtSchenectadyDunkinDonutsForAFifteenMinuteTimeWindowMike”. Donuts were okay, I guess.

Kim was very polite on the counterspeak and quickly make my coffee. many thanks for good customer service. she even said, made with love that made me smile!

The latest employee I suspect. their attitude is extremely cruel. definitiw lost an everyday support.

Order a egg on a croissant with NO cheese and what do I get from this ghetto dunkin? a simple bagel with egg and cheese roasted inside. oh and old and rotten hash browns. This dunkin saves old eating from the morning and gives it out in the evening. disgusting . and the phone number does not even work.... save your and go to another place
