Pizza Hut - Schenectady

Very pleased with my pizza and boneless wings.. Spicer (med) than I prefer, i did enjoy them. Door dash delivery was right on schedule. Thank you so much.

It was absolutely disgusting, the commercials saw it more attractive when I picked up my order. my 2 pizzas looked like they were sitting out for hours and like a couple.

This was our second visit to this store the first time food was burnt, and cold horrible. This time employee was very rude, told my fiance he was a liar, alot of people around the area are, and told him we were banned from the store. We were supposed to have a credit from the previous lousy food. Do not recommend this store at all

Had to wait additional 30min, because they said they never received my online order after it said on the app its ready for pickup. Food was good.

Rude staff and manager. Walk in the store, staff is yelling and cursing. Not wearing a mask yelling at some one else in the lobby for not wearing one.. shouldn’t rules apply to all??? Guess not they can decide who they apply to.. then they can’t find my pizza.. apparently someone had already marked it off as being picked up… but I had just gotten there.
