Michelle's Soul Food Kitchen - Seaside

Born and raised in California and this is the most authentic soul food I have found since my military days in Georgia and Alabama. Staff is friendly and food is hot and fresh. Red beans and rice and catfish are top notch in my book. Everything on the menu is excellent no matter your preference. The only downside is that I have gained 10 lbs. since finding it. Well worth another hole in my belt!! By the way, if you complain about mac and cheese being too cheesy.....thats what you ordered!!! was your SWEET tea too sweet also?

Not opened on Friday, when it’s supposedly opened on thurs and Friday. Drove all the way here to a place that looks shut down. Sad day
