Here we can easily eat mackerel (Trachurus sp), Meagre (Argyrosomus regius), wild European Seabass (Dicentrarchus labrax). Obviously...that farmed raised salmon, plus tuna species are served too... But if you look for a new, customized sushi experience, you can get it here... Fish are bought in the Matosinhos market, which attests for its freshness! Staff are nice and dedicated! In terms of price-quality this is one of the best ones in Portugal.
I liked the food, even if it wasn't spectacular. Staff was really friendly, the place is tiny and not very comfortable but overall it was a nice experience.
A very cozy place in the matosinhos fish market. we loved all the pieces presented by the cook. the horse – makrele sashimi was a first for us and it was sensational, though a small part. also loved the salmon with caramelized crust. not very expensive....We recommend a visit.
We had the vegetarian mix and temaki menu. it was a well composed meal, and the cook was friendly and accommodating. he even offered to cook some extra vegetarian dishes. the first time we visited, but he was all kind of nice
Cozy restaurant in front of fresh fish. in the Matosinhos market. nice personal and good sushi. the price could be expensive at midday if they do not order the lunch menu. they should make a visit.
