Ramos - Sheffield

We have been living in the same area for many years and have been frequenting Ramos for some time now (mostly after a few drinks) and it was just okay. A friend had mentioned that it was under new management so we decided to give it a try. What a transformation! I have since ordered food while sober and the kebabs have been exceptional. The freshly cooked pitas, grilled chicken, and lean meat were all delicious. A message to the new management: well done, really well done. I am sure we will continue to visit Ramos if the food quality remains this good. Very impressive.

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times a month. The food is worth the price and the delivery is always prompt, arriving when expected on Fridays. I have never had any issues with my orders.

I had another great takeaway from Ramos recently. The pizza and Rogan Josh were very tasty and reasonably priced.

Phone for a delivery came minutes late the whole hour and minutes was said minutes got the wrong size pizza also ordered chips and cheese, but got no cheese never really terrible again

I ordered through hungry house, curry, rice and naan bread when ordering it also says free popadoms but after the checkout it states orders over which was a bit annoying. Oh well, didn't need them anyway but would have been nice! When I...put my order through at I had an estimated delivery time between and which I thought was ok. Then as soon as I clicked place order I received a sorry email stating it was now going to be between and so no happy a this stage! past and still no sign of the driver I called up at and advised that the driver had set off mins ago and would be here any minute (funny that I didn't even tell him my address Another minutes pasts and another phone call with the excuse that the driver had left minutes ago! Really frustrated by this point the driver walked up my drive at I asked him to wait while I checked my food only the curry and the naan arrived no rice! it was stone cold! I asked for my money back the delivery driver had to call his boss, he said he could get me a fresh order within mins. I didn't want to wait any longer I just wanted my money back. I again had to call through to speak to the manager, and out of the I received back a cold curry no rice and a soggy cold naan! I will never return to Ramos it's not worth the effort!
