Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI didn't stay at this restaurant for long, which was my fault. The chalupa dish I ordered was very hard and chewy, with very little filling. On top of that, they only had Mountain Dew to drink. $4.49 for a chalupa is not cheap, and I felt like I should have asked for a refund. The cashier was friendly, but seemed more interested in chatting with another worker than serving customers. I have noticed this happening more often at different places I visit - employees standing around talking instead of paying attention to customers. I am grateful that I do not act this way at my job. Lesson learned: when a customer approaches the counter, staff should stop their idle conversations and focus on providing good customer service.
My partner took me through the drive-thru at this restaurant, and my order was completely wrong. Does anyone in the car actually pay attention to the customers? They need to wake up and stop losing customers over silly mistakes.
The first time in a taco bell in a long time. the personal was friendly. space is clean. the food was good. good experience.
The dining room is closed. I can't go through my truck so I guess they don't want to customers.
I have ordered food from this restaurant through Door Dash multiple times, and each time they have forgotten part of my order. This time, I ordered 3 burritos, a drink, and 2 cinnamon twists, but they only delivered the burritos. It is baffling how they can consistently forget items from the order. It should not be that difficult to get it right.
