Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI walked in to place an order, and the woman at the counter asked me, "What do you want?" How rude! To make matters worse, they had already started closing up at 8:15 PM, even though they are supposed to be open until 10 PM. The situation got even worse when the manager told the staff to make sure our order was the last one so they could leave. This all happened right in front of us.
The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with coleslaw and a Sprite. My sister and brother-in-law chose the classic sandwiches. Everything we had was hot, fresh, and delicious.
The drive-thru service was extremely slow. I ordered three all-white meat dinners, but the chicken was overcooked—the coating was hard and the meat was very dry. One of the wings was just a third of a regular wing. The green beans were poorly prepared, as half of them were submerged in water. The bottom of the biscuit was missing, and my root beer, which I requested without ice, was mostly just carbonated water.
Worst service in town. Don?t bother with ordering online, they don?t start putting together your order until you get there. Then you will wait about 10 minutes, after which some jerk employee says you need to learn to be patient. Actually, I just need tolearn not to return to your store. Consider that lesson learned. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I ordered a two piece dark meat original and got one extra crispy ?breast? even it was odd shaped and just one piece, not two. Was not told my order wasn?t able to be filled as ordered. Also, who needs 6 packs of hot sauce and 5 ketchup for a famousbowl and two pieces of chicken with mashed potatoes? Oh, and it was 4:15 and I was the only person in the drive thru.
