Apparently, it’s up to the local servicing store to contact me and solve the problem. They have no deadline or time element. It could be a year for all I know. This happened on 3/4/2024. At the present time, no one has contacted me. Just telling a person that there is a trouble ticket doesn’t solve the problem for the consumer. This group of 5 people have spent a lot of money at the St. Cloud Firehouse in the past. This poor reaction doesn’t make us happy or wanting to go back there.Original review:My husband and I stopped by to grab dinner last night (2/26/24). The order went just fine. Unsweet tea was almost totally clear with no taste. The three young men preparing were having a “grand” conversation. My husband ordered a cheese steak and hook and ladder for me. My tomato and lettuce was on his cheese steak. Maybe too much conversation. The steak wasn’t the quality that it has been in the past. Very leathery. My hook and ladder was ok but missing the tomato and lettuce. The amount of meat was less than it had been in the past visits. We used to really enjoy the food served there. In fact, my DIL asked me how our food was. I told her. She said that they experienced the same problem when they visited there. The same people working with lots of “conversation”. Is this the way Firehouse is going? If so, will have to find another favorite place. Not impressed.
This place was once a quick place to grab a good sandwich but unfortunately it went downhill quick. Went in last night by myself(1 sandwich). Waited 30 minutes for it. Only 2 other people in the place. 4 employees working behind counter so not understaffed. No to go orders on shelf. Then the chick had enough nerve to ask “what sandwich are you waiting on” !? Really! I want to say if you all would concentrate on work instead of telling each others life stories chit chatting I would have been out of here 15 min ago! Soda spilled all over floor and sticky by machine. To top it off my Italian was near cold! Do better St Cloud Firehouse
Firehouse in St.Cloud is great, BUT I have never been denied a cup of ice before, this is the only FireHouse Subs that told me this, also a few months back she(the same manager) told my husband and I that we couldn't sit in their sitting area. We literally had been there no more than 5 minutes. The old manager was awesome, never had an issue. Other than that place is great. New manager just seems to have it out for me.So if you are hot and just get off the bus or you've been walking dont go there to get a cup of ice/ water and/or to sit at their tables (outside but shaded) to get out of the heat for a few min. She WILL NOT HAVE IT!!
I have a really bad gluten intolerance issue, and i don’t get to eat out often. i have been going to another location but needed to get food here instead. the app set a later order than i expected and they were able to help me though before the app set time. i also didn’t get sick so the handling was great! i always appreciate being able to have something tasty and safe.
Rave! Picked up dinner tonight since they have the King Hawaiian pork sandwich again. Hubby and I got those, kiddo got a turkey bacon ranch. Yummy! My sandwich was a bit juicy, like the slaw wasn't drained enough, but it was delicious, plenty of meat and toppings, too.The store was clean and tidy, staff were all working hard and a lady I assume was the shift lead (dark hair, glasses, black shorts) came out and checked on everyone in the dining room. Awesome experience tonight. Kudos!
