I'm not used to it. I like good reviews for good places and bad reviews for bad places, but that really took me as shock. I went into the load and stood at the front counter for two to three minutes. Everyone looked at me, but nobody said anything. they only went about their business focused on their own task until I screamed, someone is telling me that dame at the counter apologises and the excuse used that they train a series of new people, but greeting new customers coming through the door is not something they need to train, it is only good customer service. I am not likely to visit the dieucks again and again and it hurts me to leave a negative review because I have always loved my experience at dieucks. what a shame.

This is the most dysfunctional Starbucks. They don't operate normal hours, and they are inconsistent in their abnormal hours. Sometimes the drive through is open, or not, sometimes they are open inside... or not, or vice versa, unreliable, inconsistent and dysfunctional. And when inside dining is open, the area is dirty and unkempt.
Be careful before driving to this location. Make sure you're not in a hurry. The drive-thru is closed the majority of the time.
