Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, but unfortunately, the new owner has made my recent experiences quite unpleasant. During my last visit, the owner rudely approached our table and loudly demanded if we had purchased any drinks yet, stating that tables are only for paying customers. This left a bad taste in my mouth and made me feel embarrassed. I will not be returning to this restaurant or requesting catering services as we had planned. When I called to provide feedback, the owner was once again rude, defensive, and triggered by my comments. It is disappointing to see the decline in professionalism and welcoming atmosphere that the previous owner had established. My friend and I will not be returning to the restaurant due to our recent negative experiences.
I like this place and want to support local.It is a bit pricier than your regular coffee chains, but that's OK.The coffee and menu is yummy however they have had service issues like power doesn't work so no iced drinks, debit machine not working, randomly asking us to make our own coffee instead of other times making it for us (cream/sugar), etc.Overall I do recommend this place over the large corperate companies but I hope they continue to improveVegetarian options: They have vegan items on the menuWheelchair accessibility: This place is not wheelchair accessible

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for six years and have never encountered any issues like this before. Unfortunately, some people mistakenly believe that coffee shops are free work spaces, which is not acceptable. This establishment has the best coffee, staff, and treats in Stouffville.
