Delicious food but staff are eccentric, put me off, I just go to greggs at Interchange. I find its the same stuff anyway

I just placed an order for a toasted sandwich with a fried egg, but instead I received a bun that wasn't toasted with a boiled egg inside.

I frequently visit this restaurant and always receive excellent service. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and there is a wide selection to choose from.

I passed this place on the off chance; hadn't heard of it beforehand; didn't look too appealing from the outside but we decided to give it a try. I had a tuna sandwich and my wife had an ham and cheese sandwich. Firstly, the ham...was missing from my wife's sandwich; the server apologized and made a fresh' one. Between minutes later; the fresh' sandwich came back and looked exactly the same except for a small amount of cheese added. Why sell ham cheese sandwiches if you're going to give such small amount of a KEY ingredient? Both sandwiches were bland, not enjoyable at all. We both let around half our sandwiches the lsdy behind the till just stared at out left food but didn't bother to ask if we enjoyed it. In summary, not worth even the cheap price it cost us unfortunately.
