Chili's Grill - Surprise

They have really yummy food that always arrives hot, and with extra dipping sauce : Southwest Eggrolls are my favorite. And everyone at the restaurant is really great :

They sent the wrong tea, but other than that, great.

We ordered food for the family to go and eat came with objects that we asked for because of allergies, so we had to go back a second time and this time we ordered and also paid for drinks. the strawberry limonade tasted super old, so I called this time to talk to the manager, and all that she had offered was a $5 gift card that didn't even pay the amount we had for all 3 drinks. I am very disappointed about the service and the art and wise how liz the manager treated this situation.

Craig was our server and we tried to leave a good review on the kiosk, but then it was on us. He was very on the top of the refills, got our order directly and quickly, and was also really friendly. I am happy that I went with his recommendations to the curly pommes and the skill cookie. we will probably ask him the next time so that the experience fits with this. total 10/10 would recommend.

I just finished lunch here and I'm pretty disappointed. directly at the fledermaus, the wet seemed upset, that she had to be there and that clearly communicated to us without even greeting us a smile or something. we annoyed them with our annoyance. it was a big red flag for us. then there was the cleanliness of tables and menus. our standing had left on both sides of the bank over eating that "not even had been wiped off, and the menu that I was given had on 2 of the 4 sides, along with sodastand or something sticky on a third side. as happy it would be, it seems that the host was guilty for the table, as we noticed that she was a different table with her happy to be here attitude. overall, quite disappointed as I said, and we'll come back here.
