The rorbuer are small but nice. You have a small living/dining room, a small bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a relatively spacious entrance area. The rorbuer was clean and tidy. Rooms: Clean Rorbuer, you feel right at home. Nearby activities: Many possibilities in the region. Great nature. Food drinks: Very good breakfast and fantastic dinner in the hotel's restaurant. Noteworthy details: Restaurant Borsen Spiseri is an absolute recommendation and is directly connected to the hotel complex.

Everything was perfect, we recommend. The place is magical, the view of the bay is splendid. The cabins are well designed, all comfort is available with your feet in the water: in the evening you can hear the lapping of the waves in the pilings. Little anecdote, there are cod dryers right next to it, so during the dry season, watch out for the smells! :

Svinøya Rorbuer, Svolvær provides a picturesque backdrop against the sea. The rorbuers are well managed and look distinguished in their red colour. We stayed at one of the historic cabins, the Worker's House cabin, #33. The entire premise was kept well heated, rooms with cozy furnishings, a proper functional kitchenette and a clean toilet. The surroundings are peaceful and one could walk to the main town centre in about 15-20 minutes. Breakfast served is adequate, the range may not be as much compared to that of hotels. But that's absolutely fine given the overall thrill in and around the place. The reception staff is helpful and guides you with every little information that you may require. For an authentic Norwegian dinner, one must try the on-premise restaurant, Børsen Spiseri, one of Lofoten's most renowned restaurants. Overall, we had an experience worth remembering for days to come.
