Mcdonald's - Syracuse

Consistent what mcdonald is in town, year for year. the payment for cold cooked food is the worst, especially at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. Why a mcdonald runs if they can't even serve a lunch hour. sad.

If this is in Shop City buyer beware! I have to admit I don’t go here often so maybe it’s the few times that I show up the employees are having a bad day or are new. I don’t ask questions here about a menu item, I would use my app, I keep my order simple.

Why do they take almost an hour to give me my food. as I have been waiting for my food since 7 (it is currently 7:44) and I have not yet received it. not here

Never order them from this in the night they will get the worst service and eat when they get evan their food

I wish I could give negative stars! the m worstcdonalds hands down. not only are the waiting times far beyond, but the personal is rude and too busy to speak among themselves to address customers. this mcdonald should be switched off. not only lose them money based on all negative reviews. they are also acting with the money of the delivery rubers. if a person preorders and they would think that the order would be done. No. I have supplied late food because this mcdonald’s has taken over 20 minutes to complete and order that has been taken up to 10 minutes before picking up. 10/10 would not recommend.
