Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónAwful establishment. Avoid at all costs. Service is incredibly rude and our order was incorrect. We inquired about doggy dishes, like other Dairy Queens, and were told they were available. However, we were charged over $2 for tiny portions of ice cream. When we questioned the charge, a rude staff member replied with a sarcastic remark about needing to make a profit. This place is unappealing, and rumors suggest the owner is equally unpleasant. It's not hard to believe based on our experience.
I'm not certain who the new owners of this restaurant are, but it seems like they have replaced all of the previous staff. The previous owners were very familiar with all the regular customers, often remembering their names or at least recognizing them after a few visits. However, the current employees seem to lack proper manners and respect towards each other and the customers. They are heard using foul language while working and are generally indifferent towards the customers' needs. During my last visit, a staff member actually cursed at me for requesting a banana split, even though they had bananas in stock. They refused to make it, stating that the bananas were reserved for another purpose. This behavior made me decide to leave and I do not plan on returning. It is not surprising that the restaurant's parking lot is always empty - it is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.
The ice cream was delicious, the staff are all young employees, causing a lot of playful behavior. Parking is satisfactory and the menu offers a good selection.
The staff at this restaurant is amazing. They are exactly what Temple has been lacking for years!
We always enjoy dining at Dairy Queen at both the Queen Temple and Sinking Jump locations. The service is outstanding and the blizzards are incredibly tasty!
