Long John Silver's - Topeka

Our order was right although a little done on the fish and huh, not bad enough to send back. we have experienced some dramaturgy with another customer who was not satisfied with their order. we didn't think that the manager treated the things very well. they didn't want to help the customer. we couldn't hear all the details, so I'll just say here.

I had gone here with family and from what I have seen they are a great restaurant. I only have been here 2 other times in the past but this experience was amazing.

We ordered and got our food except it wasn't complete. Turned back in and nobody wanted to answer the window. Without saying anything the girl running drive through goes I didn't know we were out of clams when you ordered. So you knew why we showed back up and still charged me!? She then gave me 12 shrimp. Glad she made it right but honesty would of been fine as well.

Drove across town .. ordered .. got food and drive home. Once home we noticed our order was not complete. They had forgotten the sides. To far to drive back. Lesson learned!!! Always check your order before leaving!!!!!

Asked a few questions when going thru the drivethru and the lady working threatened to spit in my food... obviously never going to this location again.
