Mérite vraiment le détour et un peu de marche depuis la Place du Capitole, pour trouver un restaurant d'apparence totalement banale voire même très modeste qui ne retiendrait pas l'attention sans les recommandations des guides. Grande créativité, saveurs incroyables, tout en restant dans une inspiration régionale, absolument exceptionnel. Très bon accueil et excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Pas besoin d'écrire des lignes et des lignes : tout était délicieux ! Service soigné et rapide. Les restrictions alimentaires ont été prises en compte. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée, merci pour ce dîner excellent !

Restaurant reserved on Friday night. the unique menu offered is excellent. cooking is perfectly controlled. Japanese flavors subtly accompany dishes. the list of wines is short but of quality. The friendly service helps you spend an excellent time. the value for money is exceptional. I recommend.

Very beautiful discovery in a popular neighborhood of toulouse tasting in the very beautiful and gourmet dishes with Asian flavors everything is perfect from the dishes to the presentation and of course to the very subtle tastes of every very good wines of small excellent services of producers that we all loved the menu that changes during the seasonsbravo deserves its star era

This is my 1,432 nd review and I'm delighted to say I'm so pleased we found Restaurant Hito. A refreshing change from the Japanese chef who clearly knows his trade well......very well in fact. Lunch with a limited menu of two choices for earch course suited us perfectly. Surprises in every mouthful with well crafted flavour combinations that delighted every time. If forced to suggest an improvement a minor point would be to see a different cut of meat than the bavette such as rump steak or faux filet as I think it would have better suited the chefs undoubted skills, but it was fine. Wine choices by the glass at lunchtime a little limited but we were happy with those we selected. Service was as efficient as it was charming, warm, helpful and friendly with staff understanding the dishes served very well. Given the quality and price we thought the value excellent and frankly Hito deserves a Michelin Bib Gourmand rating not just a simple Michelin basic notation. We look forward to returning. Thanks to the entire team for an excellent lunch.
