Noodle King - Tower Hamlets

The food arrived two hours late, at 2am. At this point I had already gone home and gone to bed. I went back to my friends flat to pick up the food in the morning. What a mistake that was. The quality of the noodles was indescribably poor and they were quite frankly inedible. The noodles were literally instant noodles covered in a greasy, overly spicy oil. This cost me £8. I'd have been better off tossing that money down the drain. This is without doubt the worst restaurant experience I have had in my entire life.

Ordered x 2 King prawn noodle from restaurant and what I got was far from that! To add to this the food was tasteless. A call was made to them for refund but staff were rude dropping the phone each time a request was made to speak to Manager. Ended up having to walk in and hand the food over to them. The staff still refused to give refund. So I had no choice but to leave restaurant without refund having left the poor quality and tasteless food with them. They refused me a refund of x 2 lots of £10.95. I would not recommend this restaurant. The food they supplied did not even fill the container the served in. See pic no king prawn in sight and container virtually half full. I could not eat this tasteless food!!

The food came, the chips were soggy and completely unseasoned and tasteless. The noodles were completely identical to noodles from a packet you can get in the supermarket for 10p. The rice had no taste at all. We rang the restaurant to ask what on earth was going on and they just set the phone down on the side and stopped answering us. We could hear so many other people complaining on other calls. The man was kicking off at them all. I am so shocked and confused about what on earth I have just paid for? In summary don’t waste your money

I worked for 12years in differents restaurants, i can say this is the most horrible service, place and costume service that i ever had.. They should close down!!!

I ordered here meal for my family and only half of food arrived! When i called up the restaurant , gentlemen even didn't let me to finish to talk , shouted at me, he was very rude. I didn't hear any apologies. When I asked to return money for undelivered items he laughed and hang up on me. Is it thats how you should deal with customer service??? You can loose business like that, especially at these situation around!
