It's a bit off the road, so it's a bit lonely in the winter. You have to drive to the ski areas. It is almost exactly in the middle of the gondola in Valtourneche and the cable cars in Cervinia. A recommendation just because of the restaurant.
Piatti molto ricercati e ben fatti. La scelta del menù è un po’ ristretta. Consigliato per chi ama una cucina sofisticata ma sicurante di altissimo livello.
Sono contento che questo locale abbia riaperto dopo la pausa estiva. E' un locale che ha saputo crescere nel tempo, migliorando costantemente la sua offerta e la ricerca. Bravi.
My review is exclusively about the restaurant because I did not stay. After various culinary experiences in the area I can say that they are the only ones who offer a WORTHY vegan alternative. We know that this is an area with typical products such as cheese and meat, but I was definitely tired of eating pasta with tomato sauce or simple polenta in every restaurant. Being a lover of Asian cuisine, I really appreciated the references to some ingredients in the dishes, such as miso and shiitakes, the dishes are original and very good. In the photo an appetizer with a trio of mushrooms processed in 3 different ways, with miso and pumpkin puree, tagliolini with aubergine cream, nettle and taggiasca, and also a little gem from the chef, a tomato soup in the shape of a cherry tomato with powdered olives. A heartfelt thank you to those who had the desire to try a little harder and try something that wasn't only and exclusively typical! (It is an off-menu request requested a little in advance on the same day, I would like to point out)
Posto molto bello e tranquillo, camere belle e pulite. Ristorante con piatti particolari ma molto buoni,servizio perfetto, lo consiglio.
