Elisa - Vancouver

We were so impressed by our entire experience at elisa! the food was so delicious and beautifully presented. we went to steak and were not disappointed! the brittle were amazing and crispy and the scallops were juicy! beautiful balanced cocktails mixed to perfection. the service was attentive and didn't feel rushed at any place. the design of the room was absolutely beautiful with small design to admire each corner. the acoustic was particularly pleasant. there was a nice shimmer of chatter in the room with ambient music fill the room very evenly. perfect for casual talk. I can't say anything negative about our visit to elisa. it was perfect for our jubilee dinner

First, the tomahawk was perfect and amazingly grilled. the flesh was so tender and tasteful; the surface was crispy. the risotto also tasted so soft and tasty; the taste of the crab was completely absorbed in the risotto. the cavier was undoubtedly exceptional; it consists of a delicate solid texture that is transformed into a smooth and creamy, almost buttery consistency, as it melts in my mouth. the rest of the food was made fresh and beautiful. in addition, the service was exceptional. we had a great experience! would definitely visit again!

I loved it as always. ribeye and baked alaska were amazing as all sides.

It has always been great since opening. the quality and variety of bark meat cuts and the tartaric acid menu are distinguished. great value with the wine list and very good cocktails. I was impressed by the service and the love for the detail - a Waygu steak we had ordered that they had been cooked over so that they were waiting for us with wine and a few tartaric acid dishes. good correction by the front staff, overall impressed and looking forward to the return.

There is a minimum standard of service they expect when they are in a restaurant such as elisa, this minimum has hardly been met. we came here for a graduation party and our server has barely confirmed us. very disappointed and will not return. would not recommend if they would like to enjoy a special occasion with loved ones.
