Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe had an excellent lunch today at Dan B. This was our first visit after reading many positive reviews.... and we weren’t disappointed at all. In fact, we were blown away. It is in a beautifully renovated building in the heart of old Ventabren. It’s...a bit difficult to find—one has to trust Google maps! They are open for lunch and dinner, and at each offer a variety of menus- ranging in the number of courses and therefore price. Reservations are strongly recommended and their on line system Is very easy and responsive . Our meals were excellent- perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. Often the sign of a quality restaurant is the their bread—.again, excellent. We chose the pigeon for our main course and it was a real treat. They offer a nice range of local wines. Yes it is pricey, but well worth the experience. Their window tables offer a spectacular view of this part of Provence. It was a pleasure meeting the chef/owner. The maître d was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately our server seemed nervous and spilt a glass of champagne and red wine- apologies were offered, but in a restaurant of this quality we would have expected to be compensated in some way- cheese dish or coffee. We will definitely return.

A restaurant to advise strongly to spend a very nice summer evening on the terrace with a breathtaking view.!a very professional and very pleasant service, listening to the guests....A surprising map with exceptional flavor and originality dishes. a new and modern frame, the only flat the set in felt and the seat of the chairs and benches a little hard (wood) for such a pleasant evening...... To renew yet for the quality of the dishes. Congratulations to the chief!

The modern setting that replaces that of the old terrace, offers a superb image on the area. a pleasant moment, from home cooking, tasty and well presented dishes than ask for more.
