Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe went several times to Capella but this time the level is still mounted from a skull thanks to the Argentinian chef who manages local products with a touch of cuisine from his country and all this makes an inventive cuisine sought after original very scented and in the air of time We were delighted by the dishes but also by the impeccable service and explanations for the realization of the dishes We had the pleasure of tasting the chef's signature menu and we enjoyed all the dishes We wish a starry recognition that would be amply deserved!!!!
A complete and perfect experience. Everything was amazing. Service, location, suggestions ... The menu is a surprise. A huge blow of heart!
Very nice fine and original kitchen. Flavours in all the dishes offered. A real vegetarian menu without concession with very beautiful compositions. Too bad the service is not at the height, including sommelier. Responsibility for the establishment’s respite, rather than for the young people sent to coal without sufficient training and support. Mixed atmosphere at the exit between a refined but orphaned kitchen of the service that can be expected at this level of price.
We had the pleasure of having dinner in this restaurant, and we had a very good experience! The service team is jovial, smiling and listening. We have been guided in the Chef's Signature menu, and his story he expresses through dishes! No problem for a specific diet (e.g. pregnant woman) where dishes are adapted to the person. Special mention to the sommelier for his discovery and exchange at the end of meals. If you enjoy fine cuisine, we recommend this place.
Very good reception. The dishes are refined and the culinary discoveries are surprising. It was very good! I highly recommend!
