The best in walthamstow! this place is our popular place to eat in walthamstow, consistently good eating and very friendly service and eating, especially the amazing apple pannetone, is great the menu is modern Mediterranean, with a strong Italian influence. all ingredients are extremely fresh and cooked for perfection the prices are extremely modest for those good foods that they pay easily doubled this in the center of the city service is very friendly, attentive (but not excessive), and polite. the decor is simple and fresh it is open Mon-Sat day, as well as evening Thurs-Sat, and not on Sunday. a hidden gem!

I recently visited la cafeteria, after a long break, and I'm sorry I was disappointed. I wondered if I could sit the back and give me a menu; after I waited an old for someone to come and take my order. I went back and asked if I had to order the counter, since no one had appeared. then I decided to sit in there so I was not forgotten. I ordered suppe and brot. it took an old to come and when it did, there was no broth. the waitress said she would get it and then continued to delete a table, it was very quiet, so there was no need to do this. then she went back, I assumed to get my brot. but when she showed up again, she had blown her coat up and out of the caffe! So I went back to ask for brot, and it sat there waiting to be brought to me. I said she forgot to bring it. how could she forget when I asked her when she was eating the suppe? the only reason why this review is a 3 and not a 2, is that suppee was delicious; the brot, I'm sure, was baked by tesco when the waitress back with a few packages brotrolles and I thought it was authentically baked on the ground! all in all, a disappointing experience by really bad service and they were not busy at all, there were only 4 5 tables occupied, including me. I'm not gonna rush back there.

We managed to book a table on Friday afternoon for 19:30 on the same night, which was surprising, but good is old style booking only by phone! the restaurant was very quiet when we arrived, there were only us and a party. of ten at the whole place. our waitress was very good, the appetizers and the main courses were good, but gloomy were a little disappointed. In summary, it could be a really nice, but needs a bit of an update and improvement.
