Antons Pizza - Warrington

We ordered food and received cold chips. Additionally, we ordered a Red Bull energy drink but received a Monster drink instead, which had mold on the top where you drink from.

I recently placed my final order at Antons due to a disappointing experience. I was told my order would be ready in minutes and decided to quickly run an errand while I waited. When I returned, I found several young customers inside the restaurant, despite a sign stating that only one person was allowed inside at a time. I waited for over 15 minutes, hoping that the staff member who took my order would notify me when it was ready. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and I eventually had to go inside to retrieve my order, which had been sitting there waiting for me. There was no acknowledgment, apology, or explanation for the oversight. I found this lack of professionalism particularly frustrating considering the COVID restrictions in place. It would have been more appropriate to ask the other customers to wait outside for their orders.

We tried pizzas tonight for the first time in a long time and we were pleasantly surprised. They were all hot, fresh, and delicious. They are definitely the best pizzas in town. Thank you!

The food was completely inedible and tasted horrible do not spy unless you want your money wasted star

We have used antons for up to years and we have accepted that delivery times are less than accurate but they have seemingly got even worse, we order food on a Saturday night and we order an hour and half before we are ready...to eat to allow for the long wait, however antons cannot even deliver food in an hour and half, it’s over hours and when you ring it’s as if they have taken the phone off the hook as it’s always busy. Nice food but defiantly not worth the any anymore.
