Johnny Fresco - Waterloo

I'm not really a Pita type so I can't comment much on it; still tasted better than other Pita sites near. but the burgers are well made with high quality ingredients, similar to the works, but half price. the poutine is easy to die, only. read the other reviews. Nobody dares to challenge johnny's poutins.

My ever-loved Pita-Spot.....I have always loved the fresh and taste of eating. the last three times I visited, I was not impressed! Today I ordered the black melt pita. the cheese was not melted and the sink and the chicken. was cold, I asked for a bit of awkward and I got more wobble on my pita than other topping I requested. they put the wrong sauce. the pita was disgusting! I understand that we are dealing with kovid, but the quality of food should not change.

I must admit that this place is good, reminds me of a 50’s diner eating is fresh and very tasty, friendly staff fast service what they want. you will be happy

I always enjoy finding places that are truly successful entrepreneurs enjoying there days working with patrons and staff! I was looking for a great tasting place for lunch. I came across the listing for Johnny Fresco in Waterloo. Looked interesting from the parking lot. When...I walked through the door there was a lineup of 10 people either putting in orders or waiting for the questions of how they wanted their meal customized! Yes it is a fast food restaurant, that is primarily takeout or delivery. I chose eat in as there was about 10 tables or booths available if you choose eat in. Food is real, fresh, and very tasty. Pitas, burgers, salads or skillet type meals. The owner runs the order line and cash with a very welcoming smile and helpful suggestions. One of those places that is so busy, you know locals, workers or trades people frequent the place ! Prices were very reasonable. Best part was the quality, and how efficient and friendly all the staff are!!! If you haven’t been, give it a try! If you visiting or a freshman, definitely a place to find!!! I had a lamb burger combo! Fries were thick, light oil, and very tasty! Burger was extremely tasty! Thanks Johnny! Well done.
