You did a fantastic job with a very fast turnaround. Customer service was professional, friendly and very courteous. I'm going to buy it again!

We recently used Freedom as our custom cookie provider for a corporate event. The staff and the company were nothing less helpful, even after we had to update our order in the short term, and the cookies were better looking and tasting than we expected. And they were a hit at our event! Everyone wanted to know where we have them and already planned their custom cookie orders for the future. Thank you.

I have a full leafcake for my baby shower with an email design last minute. They were courteous, fast, with great success and it was huge and tasty. I'm obsessed with her dream cake (white with banana). So light and fluffy. All were stolen, I ordered from Freedom Bakery. Frosting is also light and tasty. Not like Costco dense and overgrown. Our family bought cakes from the liberty bakery since I was a kid. We were never disappointed.

I don't know why you go with any other baker in the Monterey Peninsula. Freedom Bakery is the best. They made a beautiful three-stage butter cream, black/white with raspberry and amaretto mousse for my wedding in September. Not only was the cake of phenomenal, but the service and the overall experience of working with this company was stellar. Paul housed a very educational and funny tasting for us (we tried about 12 different cakes, and since we had a wedding outdoors, Paul worked with our wedding place to ensure that the cake was properly protected for the heat and the sun. It was refreshing to work with a company that really understands customer service, especially in the wedding business. During this entire wedding planning process, collaboration with Freedom Bakery and the cake itself was a REAL contract!

Freedom Bakery did the cakes (and Brownies Blondies) for our wedding we had a cake bar with 6 different flavors of cakes and people were legitimately going wild for them. We overheard people saying that they've never had wedding cake like this, and we have to agree... they are deliciously moist and flavorful. We're still hearing about how fabulous the cake bar was! Whatever you do, make sure you come here to at least do a tasting... it will blow you away.
