Mcdonald's - Westwego

Fast service, my food is always fresh, and there is this one lady who works almost every morning the pick-up windows that make my visit great by always providing a smile

I think McDonald is one of the most consistent. Customer service is good and efficient and the frits fresh.

This is the 2. Once in 1 month I ordered a hot frappachinni caramel.. the coffee was room temperature and no whipped cream up... the guy today didn't even know how to make it. I need to make my version home from now on... instead of $2:18

I had another problem with my order. We don't eat breakfast from McDonald's so much, but today (01/30/21), the girl who takes the order set Egg Sausage Biscuit instead of Egg Sausage Burrito. She did it last time. You have to either fire them and get someone who repeats the order for customers because people from Harvey, Avondale, LA, etc. come to breakfast at this place (Westwego, LA). And they don't want to waste their gas or what you have, especially in difficult times!

The food order was correct but they work two drive in lines at the same time, this would be great if the guy taking the orders could remember to rotate, two cars that were originally behind me placed orders and were gone before they even got to my order, training, and attention to detail must prevail
