Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI ordered a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt for rapid pickup, who ever took my order on 12/2/22 at 12:00 pm put no to very little chicken on the sandwich. It had mostly avocado and other veggies, but like no chicken. I got a chicken sandwich for a reasonand not a veggie one. Panera has to be a fair on their food they?re serving to their customers. I thought this was a rip off- Imobviously paying for this and its not that cheap. Very disappointed with this experience. If I wasn?t working I would?ve goneback and made a request.
I tried the Sierra turkey sandwich and was disappointed to find that it was lacking the usual amount of sauce and was quite messy and dry. This has never been an issue before.
I could not order from the Newington location for a few weeks, so I decided to order from the Wethersfield location instead. They have always been accurate with our orders and offer a few healthy options (although most dishes are high in sodium). The prices seem a bit expensive for the portion sizes.
The service at the drive-thru is extremely slow. I had to call management twice because of the rude girls working there. When using the intercom, I had to yell in order to place my order. Even after they told me to drive up, they still asked me what my order was when I reached the window. They handed me sugar packets to add to my drink, even though the cup was already full. As a result, coffee spilled all over me. The manager was unhelpful and didn't listen to what I had to say. Unfortunately, this restaurant is the closest one to me, but the service is lacking.
I ordered the salad online and gave special instruction for no kale, I got kale. I also got hardly any chicken, but the order was ready very quickly for pick up.
