Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe customer service was terrible - I was rudely told to be quiet, my friends were served blue moldy bread, and the bread we were given was burnt.
I had to ask multiple times for a chicken kids meal, but the server just kept repeating the same answer. I finally got the meal, but it was wrong and not what I had ordered. I also had to ask multiple times for a yo-yo and a drink, but was ignored until I raised my voice. The service was absolutely terrible and when we finally got our meals, we had to wait a long time for a cup. I will not be coming back to this restaurant. Another little girl who ordered after me had a similar experience and ended up crying because the server couldn't fulfill her order.
The new staff member at this location is too slow when it comes to serving customers. I ended up leaving this time because it was taking an excessively long time for her to help the customer ahead of me. This same situation has occurred before, but I chose to wait for service. Unfortunately, I waited for almost 15 minutes. The service was poor.
Just visited the store yesterday 25/6/2021 around 18:40, very neat and tidy and food was very good and well made, guy on the counter was very nice and very helpful. Would love to give feedback each and everytime I visit the store. Fantastic job team subway
I went to windsor subway on Saturday evening I really had fun and the food was amazing and the customer service was really good. Young man was really nice kind. Great day .
