Applebee's - Winnipeg

The staff was fantastic. Our servant was super nice and when I ordered this meal she asked if I would like more sauce, since she prefers it with more sauce. Sure enough I was very pleased with the meal and she even heated the sauce so my meal would stay warm. Excellent ambiance, food and service.

We had dinner here, the food was average for an Applebee's, service was good and prompt. It's easy to find.

We come here often. Great atmosphere. Bourbon steak was awesome today. The chicken was a bit dry. But this place is always great.

Service was friendly and quick even though the place seemed full. The food is okay with some items being really good and others just okay, french fries are awful in my opinion and should be avoided.

Jaclyn S was our server in the lounge side. The place was dead yet it took 10 mins for her to bring our drinks back. We didn't see her again for another 10 mins after that. We told her we wanted to give our order and she said ok and went to two other tables. All of her responses were short and she seemed really annoyed when questions about the menu were asked. We were two couples and she gave us a combined bill without asking. When we asked her to divide it she handwrote what each couple's totals would be. Problem was she was wrong and we tried to explain it to her she grabbed the bills and walked away without a word, obviously mad. We were blown away at how outwardly rude she was being. She was still wrong about our orders and was just flustered when we pointed it out to her. Horrible customer service and we weren't the only ones who noticed. That's too bad because the food was actually decent and the other servers who brought our food were super friendly. I won't be returning anytime soon.
