Just another fast food chain, is fine if you need to grab something quick.
Solid place to grab lunch for a reasonable price. Having a bakery to take something back to work is also a good draw!
It is great if you love incompetent service, wrong orders, and ice coffee without ice. It's absolutely the worst Panera I've ever stepped foot in.
